Flora Virginia Milner was born in 1862. She was the daughter of Jehu Milner and Mary Queen. Flora graduated from the Cleveland Female Seminary. She lived in Hays, Kansas from 1878 to 1880, then moved to Bozeman, Montana, where she taught school. She married Luther S. Luther Samuel Livingston was the first curator of the Harry Elkins Widener Collection in the Harvard College Library.
